Sans

Sans is a laid-back, pun loving skeleton who loves to eat ketchup. When at Mt. Ebott, he helped his younger brother Papyrus with the duties of a guard, but will often sell hot dogs instead. Sans has a skele-ton of jokes, so he'll never be bone dry. Sans was subjected gradually to Determination Pills by his father after his mother Hermann disappeared one day. Sans was forced to raise his brother Papyrus by himself, managing to sustain them by running a hotdog stand and joining the Guard. After a while, Sans became one of the few monsters to be able to hold a complete human soul and utilize its full power. With Determination, Sans is able to survive time alterations and 'resets', able to remember everything that occured when time was shifted. With all the resets that occured, Sans fell into a form of depression that others consider laziness, knowing that the choices of monsters won't matter, and so he resorts to telling jokes and puns to hide his inner sorrow.
